Name : PLUM HEADED PARAKEET
Scientific name : Psittacula Cyanocephala

  Description : They are endemic to the Indian Subcontinent. The plum-headed parakeet is a bird of forest and open woodland, found even in city gardens. Many of these birds in captivity especially the males are good talkers. They feed mostly on fruit and seeds.
